This policy applies only to purchases made in person at Charlotte Beauty.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase and require the original receipt.
To qualify for consideration, merchandise must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original condition
- In the original, undamaged packaging
- Free from signs of tampering, alteration, wear, or missing parts
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Wigs, hair extensions, and hair pieces
- Cosmetics and lashes
- Personal-care and hygiene products
- Opened or used merchandise
- Chemical and liquid products
Chemical and liquid products—including shampoos, conditioners, relaxers, hair color, gels, oils, treatments, and similar products—are final sale even when unopened.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and store approval. Presenting a receipt or returning an item within seven days does not guarantee approval.
