Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. If there is any evidence of opening, use, tampering, damage, missing packaging, or altered packaging, the return will not be accepted.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on wigs, hair extensions, hair pieces, cosmetics, lashes, personal-care items, opened products, or chemical/liquid products.
Chemical and liquid products, including but not limited to shampoos, conditioners, relaxers, dyes, gels, oils, treatments, and similar products, are final sale and cannot be returned, even if unopened.
Refunds or exchanges are subject to store approval. The original receipt is required for all returns.
